Kim's Game (Originally invented by Rudyard Kipling in his novel Kim and later in Baden-Powell's Scouting for Boys (1908). Observational Skills game used in the book to help with British espionage training.

We will assemble (venue to be confirmed) at 2.15pm for 2.30pm start, followed by service in St Marys Church, Whittlesey at 3pm, for approx 3/4 hour, then parade back to assembly point.

Open to Scouts and Explorers in Teams of 4. There will be individual competitions for each event, and there is a limit on the number of Teams allowed. (Bookings 1st come 1st served.)  Enter up to 12 events.

As usual, Cycle Cross,  Canoe/Kayak Slalom,  Canoe Polo,  Water Races,  Lifesaving Skills,  Climbing,  High Ropes skills,  Assault Course,  Dinghy Sailing,  Archery,  Air Rifle,   Orienteering,  Petanque,  Volleyball,  Team Building Brain Teasers,  BLOOD & GORE  911,  Sedan Chair Race,  Push Kart Race,  Raft Race,  Campfire,  BBQ,  Wide Game.

– Church Lane car park opposite the council chambers. (Church Lane will be closed to traffic from 10am and Church Lane Car Park will be closed to all parking)

Dress – Age Under 7’s - Nursery Rhymes
              Age 7-16  - Myths and Legends/Fairytales
              Adults - Historical      

Groups will be judged on originality, presentation and audience participation.
